Talent vs. Craft
Chances are all your talent isn't being utilized at the job you go to everyday. So ask yourself this, if you we're stranded on a lost, deserted island, what would your talent be? How can you can use this talent to impact the company your working for or the role your playing in the project? How would you help the group survive another day? What would be your natural instinct? Which character of the hit show LOST would you be?
Sometimes we lose sight of our roles and our potential when we confuse our crafts (what we learned to be good at) with our natural-given talents.
This is just an idea, a way of looking at it.
